Xhy Valve Group is dedicated to providing the highest quality products, supported by robust warranties and exceptional customer service. As a leading manufacturer and supplier, we stand behind our products, which include gate valves, butterfly valves, check valves, air release valves, globe valves, ball valves, strainers, hydraulic control valves, flange adaptors, pipe fittings, fire hydrants, and cast iron valve casting.
Limited One (1)-Year Warranty (Cast Iron Valve Casting Line)
Xhy Valve Group warrants that its cast iron valve casting products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Xhy will replace any defective product within one (1) year from the date of sale, provided the product has not been modified or subjected to unreasonable use. This limited warranty is valid under the EXW term from the delivery date.
Limited Three (3)-Year Warranty (Hydraulic Control Valves, Flange Adaptor, and Pipe Fittings.)
Xhy Valve Group offers a three (3) years warranty for Hydraulic Control Valves, flange adaptor, and pipe fittings. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of shipment. Xhy will repair or replace any defective parts within this period. Any third-party components will be covered only to the extent of the original manufacturer’s guarantee. The warranty is void if the product is modified without factory authorization or used under unusual operating conditions.
Limited Five (5)-Year Warranty (Gate Valves, Butterfly Valves, Check Valves, Air Release Valves, Globe Valves, Ball Valves, Strainers, and Fire Hydrants.)
Xhy Valve Group provides a five-year warranty for gate valves, butterfly valves, check valves, air release valves, globe valves, ball valves, strainers, and fire hydrants. These products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the date of sale. Xhy will replace any defective product upon receiving a return authorization number. The warranty is void if the product has been modified by the purchaser or subjected to unreasonable use. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Additional Warranty Coverage for Xhy Valve Group Products
In addition to the warranties described above, Xhy Valve Group offers extended guarantees for its products as follows:
Material and Workmanship Defects: All valves and pipe fittings manufactured by Xhy Valve Group will be guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Should any defects arise, Xhy Valve Group will replace defective products at a 2-for-1 rate, free of charge, under EXW terms, within 12 months from the delivery date.
Aging Components: Any components or parts that show signs of aging and affect the usability of the product will be replaced with new ones, within 36 months from the delivery date.
Technical Guidance: Xhy Valve Group offers ongoing technical support and guidance for installation, operation, and maintenance. Our team will provide updated methods and advice, forever, starting from the order date. This ensures that our products continue to perform at their best for years to come.
Exclusion of Warranties
Xhy Valve Group makes no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those explicitly mentioned in this warranty document. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. No warranties extend beyond the descriptions provided in this document.
Nuclear Applications Disclaimer
Warning: Xhy valves are not designed, intended, or permitted for use in nuclear facility applications. The use of any Xhy products in such environments is a misuse and will void all warranties, both expressed and implied, including any warranties related to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Exclusion of Incidental and Consequential Damages
Xhy Valve Group is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the manufacture, sale, purchase, or use of our valves, including personal injuries resulting from negligence. The exclusive remedy for any defect is the replacement of the defective products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply in every case.
Product Changes
Xhy Valve Group reserves the right to change and/or alter valve products without prior notice. Please consult the factory for the most current valve specifications.
