History
2003 to 2010
The story of JHY Group began in 2003 in the small village of Xiaozhangtun, Fuzhen Town, where the first workshop was established to produce soft-sealing gate valves. It was a modest setup but brimming with innovation and determination. By 2004, the company had moved to a larger facility near Fuzhen Bridge, expanding its production capabilities and laying the foundation for future growth.
In 2006, the company took a significant leap by forming Hebei Xingshui Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and relocating to a 30-acre factory on Bofu Road. This marked the start of industrial-scale manufacturing, supported by a skilled team and a commitment to high-quality valve production.
2011 to 2015
In 2011, the company rebranded as Hebei Jinghangyu Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a pivotal moment that solidified its reputation in the industry. Recognizing the need for modernization, JHY Casting upgraded its production technology in 2012, transitioning from manual processes to advanced electric furnace casting and molding systems.
By 2015, the company introduced its first fully automated horizontal molding line from Japan, a technological milestone that revolutionized production efficiency and precision. These advancements positioned JHY Group as a leader in innovative valve manufacturing.
2016 to 2020
During this period, JHY Group focused on advancing its manufacturing processes to meet the growing demands of the market. In 2018, JHY Casting made significant investments in cutting-edge production lines, including fully automatic static pressure horizontal systems and resin sand molding technology. These technological upgrades not only enhanced production capacity but also ensured superior product quality and reliability.
Jhy Group initiated the development of high-end valve manufacturing projects to meet international standards. By upgrading facilities and implementing a rigorous quality control system, the company laid a solid foundation for delivering reliable and high-quality valve solutions to the market.
2021 to Present
