JHY's Journey of Growth
The journey of Botou Jinghangyu, known as JHY, began in 2003 when it was established as the earliest workshop dedicated solely to the crafting of soft seated gate valves. A year later, in 2004, Jhy made a great leap forward, expanding its workspace to a large factory with an area of 2000 ㎡. Jhy’s notable growth continued into 2006 when it collaborated with several like-minded industry peers to form Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Subsequently, Jhy relocated to a new, expansive location on the north side of Bofu Road that spans a substantial 30 acres. This marked a significant milestone in the development of JHY.
Establishing the Foundation of Jinghangyu Foundry
In 2009, as part of an ongoing dedication to innovation and improvement, Hebei Jing Hangyu Casting Factory was established. Casting plays a crucial role in manufacturing, involving the pouring of liquid material into a mold that has a cavity of the required shape, and is critical in the creation of robust valve bodies, one of the most essential parts of a valve; it’s the vessel that accommodates all interior components or internals.（Image 1）

Journey of Automation Transformation in the Foundry Industry
In 2017, the hand-operated moulding lines were upgraded to fully automatic casting assembly lines. These lines now operate as per recognized pressure standards in casting, which are integral to maintain product quality. The fully automatic casting assembly lines (Image 2)represent a highly integrated and automated system in foundry industry. This transition not only dramatically increased production efficiency but also greatly improved the precision and consistency of the moulds, thereby enhancing the overall product quality and output.

Tech Advancements: The Entry of Japan Dongjiu and Setting Up of Multiple Production Bases
The quality of JHY’s valve bodies has been significantly improved due to this upgrade.
