The U-Type butterfly valve range utilizes a resilient, rubber-lined seat at the perimeter of the circular disc, forming a tight seal against the concentric internal wall of the valve body. This rubber-seated design, also known as a “concentric butterfly valve”, enables full obstruction of flow when closed while preventing leakages around the valve disc edges.
