5. New designed rubber disc encapsulated by Jhy-self ensuring a low operating torque even under high pressure and preventing damage or corrosion generated by the friction.
6. Free wedge nut design, reduces the stem bending forces and enables it to be easily replaced.
7. Before epoxy powder coating, Jhy always do shot blasting on castings, and the powder is WRAS approved. The coating thickness is over 250-300μm sprayed under the temperature over 200℃, which ensures coating surface smooth, strong adhesive and not cracked later.
