1. Superior Body Material:
Our Resilient Seated Gate Valve is crafted from GGG40/50 ductile iron, molded within our own foundry. We adhere to the stringent standards of EN-GJS-400-15 and EN-GJS-500-7, ensuring an impressive spheroidization rate of over 96%.
2.Stainless-Steel Spindle Design:
With a robust, one-piece duplex stainless steel spindle, our valve guarantees smooth operation. This design enhances resistance to axial load and can effortlessly withstand high operational torques.
3.Reliable Sealing:
The utilization of internal O-rings in the cap ensures optimal seal performance over an extended usage life.
4.Highly Resilient Fasteners:
Our use of DACROMET® or GEOMET® approved bolts and nuts provides excellent anti-corrosion properties, thus maintaining stability.
5.Cutting-Edge Rubber Disc:
Our new rubber disc, designed and encapsulated by us, ensures a low operating torque even under high pressure. This prevents damage or corrosion resulting from friction.
6.Free Wedge Nut Design:
Our resilient seated gate valve sports a free wedge nut design, which significantly reduces stem bending forces and makes replacement a cakewalk.
7.Epoxy Powder Coating on Our Resilient Seated Gate Valve:
Prior to epoxy powder coating, all our castings undergo shot blasting. The powder used is WRAS approved. With a thickness of over 250-300μm, sprayed at temperatures exceeding 200℃, our coating offers a smooth and firmly adhesive surface that will not crack.
